Join Art Educators of New Jersey and the Montclair Art Musuem this spring at “Celebrating Many Voices.”
In this workshop, we will discuss how to bring anti-racism into the art classroom through observation and dialogue about artwork that touches on issues of race and social justice. Teachers will be introduced to established and emerging artists in the collection who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
Be prepared for an enriching one hour museum tour and two hour hands-on session filled with discussion, reflection and opportunities to ask questions.
