This workshop invites you to slow down, follow your instincts, and create a page that represents pieces of who you are.
Start the day at the inspiring JPEG Gallery then meet up at the Camden Fireworks. Visit the Henson Heritage and Training Center then reconvene at the studio where you will create a reflective collage “journal page” using cut out images and simple writing. Through an intuitive process of collecting and layering materials, we will explore how visual journaling can support healthy mindfulness, self expression, and personal reflection.
