Q: I can't attend the event, but I need to renew or purchase a membership. Where do I go?

Q: When does the Membership year begin?

As of 2019, your MEMBERSHIP with AENJ runs by calendar date. The date you sign-up and pay for membership is your membership start date and at that time you will be issued a Membership Number (the number is picked at random). You must RENEW your membership on your anniversary sign-up date. In an effort to keep costs down, we only print membership cards. In special circumstances you may request one at: membership@aenj.org.

Q: Where is my Membership card?

In 2019, AENJ switched to membership numbers and no longer offers cards. If you would like a paper proof of membership for your personal records or for other benefits please print out your membership payment receipt.

Q: My district check will not arrive before the conference date. Can I still attend?

Yes, but you’ll need to pay at our registration booth and seek reimbursement from us once we receive your district’s payment. (We know this is not the answer anyone likes to hear, or read.)
